Our aim is to finish your project without posing any further risks to the people who live nearby or are in the area surrounding the job site. Every employee has the right to work in a safe and healthy environment, and our management team accepts full responsibility for worker health and safety.
To guarantee that every conceivable precaution is taken to lower risks and the likelihood of accidents, we have taken a proactive stance. We educate our staff on their right to decline risky work and provide them with training on safety best practices. We at Rishansiv take all appropriate safety measures to safeguard our workers during the project's duration. In addition, we hold our management team, supervisors, and on-site employees fully accountable for fulfilling their responsibilities under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Safety Protocols for Demolition
Rishansiv is dedicated to openness and communication. Every incident, illness, and injury is looked into, and the results are used to create or enhance preventative measures to stop recurrences.
Nothing at any Rishansiv jobsite is more important than the safe planning and execution of work because we follow the Safety First philosophy. With regard to health and safety initiatives, rewards, and training, we go above and beyond. Every team member is required to complete thorough health and safety training every three months. Failure to comply leads to termination. For the purpose of performing the demolition, we make sure that every team member complies with all safety regulations.

In order to proactively identify all potential hazards and adhere to industry best practices for health and safety, we also perform Risk Assessments and Method Statements for every project. Every year, we also update our Rishansiv Health & Safety Manual. Every new project is planned and carried out by the H&S management team using this invaluable guideline.
Health and Safety Program
We at Rishansiv Demolition LLC take pride in our safety program and results. In order to help our safety team continuously raise the standard by creating a safe working environment for all project participants, the leadership team is firmly committed to providing resources and ongoing improvement.
The foundation of our safety program is a robust safety culture that is reinforced by our proactive safety observation program. We received more than a thousand proactive safety observations from employees, managers, and leadership at all levels of the organisation last year.
RESPONSIBILITY
RESPONSIBILITY Management is in charge of designing, implementing, monitoring, and communicating health and safety programs, policies, and procedures. All employees are responsible for working with management to implement the HSE program, as well as participating in inspections, investigations, maintenance, and any other efforts to improve our safety culture. All employees will receive training on their health and safety responsibilities, and they will be held individually accountable for fulfilling them
ACCOUNTABILITY
Any employee who commits an unsafe act or fails to follow established safe work practices and procedures will face appropriate consequences. The Rishansiv management team reviews our safety policy on an annual basis.
